Having heard that vitamins protects the body from disease..some people
have now cultivated the habit of taking more of it than carbohydrates
and fats..it is not suppose to be so...i tell you people who do this
are liable to diseases than someone who doesnt take vitamins at all...
vitamins are co enzymes,they are meant to supplement the food we eat and not to be taken as a whole meal,they do not give the body energy but act as helpers in the extraction of energy..
